Tell you what I’ll make the video but I’ll just tell you what I do 1. The coaching system HAS to be looked after, make sure there’s coaches with as manny stars as you can get in the coaching system as this massively increases growth rate 2. Make sure the player you want to improve is getting game time, either sell, loan, or release players in his position that may stop him from playing every single game 3. Regularly check the development plans, make sure they’re on the plan that makes them increase in overall the fastest That’s legit all’s it is, doesn’t work every single time & it doesnt work with every position, but when it works, it WORKS
