I think instead of limiting yourself to 2 transfers each seasons, you should allow yourself to add transfers each season if you manage to win a trophy. For example if you win a treble you add 3 transfers

I think it is clear that the more opportunities you have to win cups/titles, the better. And there is no better than PL in this respect. And your last year looked very good, only the FA cup and the Carabao Cup didn't happen because of the stumble. But the PL is very diverse, Man City was also 8th in the penultimate season, but 2nd in the last one. The teams get stronger and weaker, but the PL is very balanced in this respect. Or maybe weird sometimes. Teams that should crush the season, for example, underperform. But it was a great 10 seasons. West Ham is a good team who fight a lot. Maybe the big teams are stronger, but WH can cause surprises.

Precisely why I don’t add a point system, whilst England has insane opportunities to win trophies, it’s SO difficult wo actually win them whereas in other leagues it’s easier!

besides the overall amount of trophies won, why dont you set some other challenges to complete? like winning 1 or 2 trebles, increasing the average rating of the team etc. i know there are other youtubers who does that, but it would really make your takeovers even more entertaining

I swear to god I didn’t cheat😂, just follow these steps 1. Coaching system, focus on stars instead of bronze, silver or gold coaches 2. Development plans, put them on the plan that’s gonna improve them the quickest and keep on top of it 3. Morale, keep them happy, give them good contracts, give them ALL the game time so they have the best chance to improve 4. Hope you’ve done enough for dynamic potential to work its magic, 99% of the time this does work tho trust me!
