The mexican league part was quite interesting, so in the final you stated you would have won due to league position but that rule is waved for the final alone. Also realistically if you lost a final to chivas in america your job would have been gone immediately specially if you did it twice. loved the video tho.

Took 20 seasons to complete it as I included Oceania as part of the challenge that I won the CL with a New Caledonian team within 2 seasons then builded my rep in Malaysia/Australia/Uruguay/Portugal then won a clean sweep in Mexico then did the impossible job with Boca as I sold half of the squad due to debt then took 3 seasons to win the CL with Shanghai Shenhua as it was very hard despite a massive budget of half a billion then took a year off and won everything in Morocco then somehow got the Bayern job who were the best team in the world in 2040s as I completed the challenge.

Hey Tom, you inspired me to give this a go myself. I've started with Milford FC in South Africa. Got promoted in 2nd place in my first season, then came 2nd behind Sundowns in my first Prem season. I don't think I'm going to be able to win the African CL with Milford, my wage budget is only like 10% of the big African teams, but my strong league performances and two domestic cup wins have boosted my rep nicely, so I'm hoping to get a better job offer soon.

I started with Venda FC and won the league with like 73 points, I got SUPER lucky and Orlando Pirates had a terrible season and sacked their manager. I got the job only because of how bad they were. First season got 2nd, then season 3 I won the league by 15 points but lost in the Champions League semi to.... Sundowns (who I beat 3 times in a row in the season). I think it's going to be super hard to beat the Egyptian teams!! And your players always want to leave in Africa!!!

41:32 Shunta Tanaka was one of my first ever signings (I think the 3rd to be exact) while playing FM, as I'm on my first ever save right now. I had him scouted, brought him to PSV and turned him into a player that Wolves thought was good enough for them, and so he eventually got promoted with them to the Premier League. I don't know how good he usually gets, but as he is already I think around 25yo at the start, I was proud of having developed him. :D

I did a pentagon challenge in FM22 and I just don't think the game is designed to roam around smaller leagues for several years. Took me 6 years to CAF CL, mercifully short 4 months to AFC CL, 3 years CONCACAF, 4 years Copa Libertadores and then only 6-7 months UEFA (got the ManCity job right away) with an aging Haaland. I don't regret the save, actually I'm still playing in that save, but I think other challenges are more interesting.

I have always tried to create challenges within Europe. I was wondering, what was the database choice (mid, large) and which leagues you have choose? Ok, taken on the challenge with my FM 23. Strangely enough have never played a career, just single clubs. Waited for months without a job before getting National Lge Black Leopards in SA with 6 games left of the season to save them. Bit of organisation and morale boosting and we scraped a few wins. Led them to promotion in the first season and quit. Their debt had go worse and we were going nowhere. Kaizer Chiefs had only just avoided relegation, sacked their manager and I got the gig. Never seen a club with so many excess players needing dumping. Proceeded to win everything over the next two seasons. Meagre quality in Africa to be fair. Quit and awaiting a gig in asia.

It is indeed a hard challenge, but the real hardest challenge in fm24 is winning champions league with FC Vaduz because you can only qualify for conference league football with this club. So that means you need to win all 3 competitions in a row without failing once or you will need to restart
