Fantastic people and very educated about the natural plants that is grown. Everyone seems to want a quick fix when they are ill. But when you eat natural produce like grown on these people farm, it can only help you flourish and live on. Blessed Be.

Ital is an indigenous Jamaican grown, vegetarian lifestyle and diet. It is as Jamaican as any other thing we eat. I too was raised in rural Jamaica and this knowledge is widely known amongst country people. From Santa Cruz.

aaaah! love my people! so joyful and wise and tough, tough! .... as for the french man, bless him, he is misguided though his heart in the right place: soy is terrible and should not be used especially for our people. salt of the earth and sea is the best. natural salt without additives; not salt. and highly processed soy 'chunk' is far, faaaar from natural. not good. and then that teflon coated poison pan. no good! pas bon!
