I recently started using a law bringer, I love the action and modifying was easy. (I just re-lubed it and put in another spring.) It also doesn't use mags witch is great for reloading in spot or for new players who don't have a stock pile of mags. It was great in basement wars and hopefully will be good in bigger battles.

+Jackson Zavodny Your replies are turned off, but you would get a Rapidstrike that fire a few rounds and then shut off. I started off the same way, and I'm here to tell you to not chince out. Just buy a Rapidstrike re-wire kit and do it right the first time. While you can cut out the thermister and get some pretty great performances without doing a whole lot, the wind up/down times and reaction speed on the entire system is sluggish. I think a drop-in kit (using stock motors) is like 20-25$ and it will give you near-instant spin up time with a proper battery setup and an insane ROF. You can cut corners, sure; but you really should take the effort to do it right the first time and you'll appreciate it a lot more. My original Rapidstrike literally had the NiCad Tamiya connector soldered onto the battery terminals and it was ew.

I like either the Infinus or Hailfire as my main. Both kind of function in the same way of being slightly more cumbersome on their own compare to the small magazine blasters for the sake of offering some form of longevity. In the case of the Infinus, you can constantly refill your drum without diverting focus away from your surroundings which means you can carry more darts with far less size, and using the Hailfire lets you hold 8 magazines at once which means you're having less things on your body or at least not having to pause and reload as soon if you do carry a lot of spare mags on your body anyway. The Stockade being a one handed semi auto flywheel blaster that doesn't need magazines can be interesting as an Infinus backup as you're carrying a handy dart pouch already. Everyone loves the Hammershot, but in my opinion the Stockade is hella great too, especially when modded to have a rev trigger. I also really like the Delta Trooper because it looks wicked and offers the option for a quieter blaster if needed, along with being very easily upgraded. Bonus points for matching with the Infinus design. I like having it with me when I'm using either flywheel primary, and even running it as my main without the "big guns" if I wanna play quicker and lighter. Whenever I've played games like this (in my case all the way back to ps2 gundam ones), having the most ammo and picking my shots was always my play style, so when I found remarkable deals on these ones, I jumped on em.

I'd just add in that it is possible to play with a modded RS without burning through darts, granted the spamming is fun and the first time I ran my falcon RS I went a little trigger happy because it was a very satisfying feeling lol. Once you get past that though it's possible to single shot once you're comfortable in a game setting with it.

If you're starting the engagement yourself, yeah it's easy; but if you're engaged upon it's more difficult to fire off only one shot per trigger pull instead of 4.

I don't think the retaliator is awkward at all to shoot. But that's just my opinion. It's so versatile and when you haul around with 18 round mags, it's very quick and you can shoot around corners one-handed nicely. Sure it's no stryfe, but it's one of the best (if not the best) springers. I think I'd take it over a rampage or elite alpha trooper.

I play 1v1 CQB with a friend, so the Stampede is my favorite. I can always get the drop on him even down long hallways with a full auto blaster that doesn't have to rev, I can tactical reload my mags, and use Elites.

My store was selling Demolisher 2-in-1's, at a good discount, it was my 1st real primary that I didn't (haven't yet) broken when simply just taking it apart(because I haven't, and out of pure experience, shouldn't take it apart). I got a whole buncha modulus attachments for it off amazon, and it's pretty good. All of my working nerf guns, except the one stated before, are like 10 dollar pistols that I put some white lithium grease into.

I just started running a Rapid Madness for HvZ and I love it. My only problem with the blaster itself is the ergonomics, but I can fix it with a bit of carefully placed padding of some variety. It just rubs too much on my middle finger, thumb knuckle, and lower wrist. But anyways, it was great because I could reliably push back at zombies with the full auto. I didn't have to worry about stupid misses (we've all had the close range nerf dart curving around a stationary target issue, right?) because boomco darts fly straighter and I'd always put out at least two per trigger pull. First day everyone thought I was crazy, especially after I pumped it up 18 times, but then they saw the RoF. Our guy with a Rapidstrike was impressed as shit. Also, just a nice bonus, it's actually easier to get all of your darts back after missions, because no one else can use your boomco darts so they don't go into the general pile. My only other problem is with the availability of Boomco darts and clips. Boomco products in general aren't really terribly available in stores in my area, so I had to go to four different places to get extra clips, and that place only had three 20 round clips. I'll probably give in and order some 40 round clips off amazon, but clip and ammo availability was a serious issue for me. I'm heading home this weekend, so I'll probably end up checking out the Walmart, Target, and Toys R Us there.

+genericusername562 You're best bet is Target unless those places price match because they are much cheaper online. 40 round clips are under 10$ which is insane. That's one of the reasons the Rapid Madness deserves more as an HvZ blaster. I agree with the ergonomics though, they are pretty terrible. It's not a great looking blaster either. Still, it's fun and it's deadly. Make sure you remove that screw in the butt plate so you can have more air in it.

You could have gone into further detail about the Nerd Pyragon. Its unique clip/mag (I don't know the difference) allows for easy reloding in the run. I am planning on making it my main blaster for that great reason.

I used to run a Pyragon with a Titan secondary. If you sling both, you can pump the latter one handed so you can get one shot out the former while doing so. The Titan is terrible for many reasons but its massive dart will instill fear, making it one of the best ways to control enemy movement and set up shots for the highly accurate (even outdoors) Pyragon. In a really basic free for all game, I took down 8 people with this loadout before a 9th found cover and forced me to waste my clip. Besides the innability to find ammo, the Pyragon is amazing regardless of whether or not you know how to use it.

Walcom I have a Zombiestrike crossbow that I slapped a heavy duty slingshot band on. Simply switched out the string and it feels like it pounds but I dont have a crony. Have you ever tested anyrhing like that? Seeing as this is another crossbow type blaster where the String is actually in a position to assist with firing the dart I think its sonething you might consider. youd have to widen the opening for the band on that crossbolt I think though. Also Depending on the strength of your band you may have to reinforce the bow arms as I did on the flimsy zombie strike bow arms. Hearing the bands stretch and feeling them tension make it feel like it more like a real bow

I play capture the flag with my friends a crap ton and since im the fastest of us, im always going for the flag, my primary is a hammershot or a firefly if i have the flag or if i dont respectively

+Camsterk104 I wasn't even planning on getting the Colossal Blitz or the Spinsanity, but I heard a lot of negative things about the Spinsanity (though Coop's review was pretty glowing). The Colossal Blitz has none of the issues I heard about the Spinsanity on top of being hilarious. I most likely won't be doing a review on it.

I like to use the brain saw surprisingly as my primary slot of people say it is crap but I don't think so the range isn't good but it is not bad
