People who comment "you're not a real friend" seem to miss something : she regretted it. We all make mistakes. And yes, mistakes that hurt other people are worse than mistakes that just concerns ourselves. But nevertheless, we all make mistakes. I think the girl should tell celine, to become clean. I have no doubt that she really loves her, even though she made those mistakes. She was a child. Hopefully she has learned from this and will never do it again. And this is coming from me, someone who until university always was under the fire of bulling or backlash. The true friends make mistakes, but learn from them. The bad ones always tear you down, without feeling bad.

I submitted a story to storybooth and I hope it gets chosen but if it doesn’t here is my story: It was 6th grade and I had two best friends called Chloe and Scarlett. We were the best best friends and we were inseparable. Till one of my friends was having a birthday party and didn’t invite me. It didn’t bother me at first but then Chloe and Scarlett kept talking about it in front of me which made me upset. The next day Scarlett became very distant and stopped speaking to me. She would give me dirty looks when I spoke to her and it made me feel bad about myself. Luckily I still had Chloe but that didn’t last long. The next day Chloe started doing the same thing as Scarlett. I kept this to myself for a week till I just broke down. I couldn’t take it anymore. When I would be walking one way in the playground and they were walking towards me, they would turn around and run away. I texted them and they told me they wanted a break between us because I was annoying and got jealous over everything. This broke my heart. That afternoon I couldn’t stop crying. To this day we are still not ok and I hope one day they will apologise to me for what they did. I really hope my story gets chosen so please like so storybooth sees this. My story is called “I lost my best friend cause I got jealous” Thank you for reading my story

When I was in fifth grade I saw my friend talk about me behind my back. So basically we were bffs in 3rd grade-5 grade since we were both in choir (which is how we became bffs). Then in fifth grade that’s when things changed. On Wednesday’s there was after school for Robotics and 5th grade math mania. I was in Robotics and she was in math mania. Someone brought in slime so when we were waiting for the teachers to take us up stairs for the club everyone surrounded whoever had the slime. The person was right in front of my ex friend. I wasn’t near them since there was a lot of kids but I was still able to hear everything since I was in the same room, even though it was a big room. Out of nowhere she said that the slime smelled like me. Instead of anyone comforting me or saying that it was rude and not nice to say about your friend, they all stayed “OOOOOOH” to what she said. That moment felt very awkward for me and I felt frozen. Well there was one person who comforted me but she left the school and now everyone hates her saying how she’s a fake friend but to me the only fake friend is the girl who everyone sees as an angel. I’m no longer in touch with the girl who comforted me and I don’t really have any friends in my class, only a bunch of fourth graders who sit at my table at lunch. By next year I probably won’t have any friends since I wouldn’t be able to talk to the fourth graders anymore and I would have to rely on my church program for friends. My church program is the only place where I feel happy. That moment gave me a lot of anxiety (I have social anxiety and depression). Lesson of the story: don’t betray people, don’t talk behind their back, and don’t be a fake friend.
