22:52 - I think the word you're looking for is "liquidity". For best results, I would recommend sticking with stocks that are highly traded, household names, with tens of millions of shares of average trading volume. Such stocks will also have weekly options (not just monthly ones as the stocks in this video), and they will have large volume, high open interest, and narrow bid-ask spreads. They will be a lot easier to trade than the ones shown in this video. The best examples of high-liquidity stocks are AAPL, NVDA, MSFT, TSLA, AMD, META, and AMZN. When teaching beginners how to trade, those are the best stocks to start with.

Mark you always encourage others to buy ITM contracts, but that’s because you swing trade, as a day trader wouldn’t OTM with 0DTE or 1DTE contracts turned ITM depending on if you bought calls or puts be profitable as long as you know what you’re doing and have a good R:R ratio?
