Predicting< a reversal of a trend is risky, and even worse, I believe there is more to this market than we understand currently. When people are losing, they don't aim to increase their average, but that can only change if you have a personal trade guide and signal provider like that of MYSTICFLIP which has made me almost 19.5 on a 3.2 btc Trade capital over the last 8 weeks. Make the wise decision. Markets fluctuate in cycles that can last anywhere from a few days to several years. As a college student who just got into option trading, the beginning of the video cant be more relatable. When I started trading, I made profit here and there. At one point even winning $500 profit on a single contract(that costed around 200ish when i bought it) And at that time I actually thought I was talented and had a future in this. But as time went on, End up losing money on the contracts i buy and sells consecutively. Portfolio went from +2000 something during the first 2-3 months, to now down 1.3k just half a year after i started

When the option was sold, did he make money essentially like this: [the "ask" price he set when selling the option] - [the premium he paid] ? And if so, that means that the movement of the stock didn't matter whatsoever because at the end, it was really about setting a way higher "ask" price than the premium he paid when originally buying the option? I didn't see if the 100 stocks in his option were bought essentially for a discounted price compared to the market price and then sold immediately for a profit. How does one really make cash on buying call option? Like how does the final profit enter your portfolio and from where?

so, CALL option, say you buy a pair of shoes for 50 bucks. a week later those same kicks are now worth 150, sell them bad boys to cash in on your value growth. you can hold them for a few months and the value fluctuates and you try to sell them and they're now worth $35... you pree. PUT option ? you buy a rare pair of kicks backdoor retail.. $500. one of the homies that's not really yo homie but you know em n shi, he knows these kicks are RARE and would beat yo ass for em but yall got a mutual friend so he won't try it. you and bro agree that no matter how high or low these shoes go in street value he will buy them for $700.. they hit $1000 in street value day they release and you stuntin for the hoes in them then.. my mane. time goes by and these bad boys start realizing a value of about $700 or sumn strange, it's time ya get em off you, you could use $700 in ya pocket right ?

Best thing you can do is teach him to not buy options directly but spreads, mitigates risk lowers the breakeven for profit only downfall is it caps gains, but realistically thats not a bad thing.
