L’Oréal Voluminous is more of a WET mascara. Once it dries up it’s better. I find the non waterproof version doesn’t budge and requires an oil based eye makeup remover.

Waterproof Maybelline Lash Sensational is my fav I use it all the time. The CoverGirl one you used I used to use all the time until they changed something and it smells so chemical plastic I can’t. I used to use the Loreal voluminous too about 30 yrs ago lol. It doesn’t do much for me now. I guess lashes can change 🤷‍♀️ 😂
