Just question lip liner so okay for rest of your lipstick to run but lip liner stays usually lip liner people do notice Although hack or tip I sometimes use lip liner and colour in my lips if one I want that colour lips and i think helps after your regular lipstick ran off or come off then the lip liner usually stays behind I don't know why your testing lip liner As I don't think pencil one usually comes off that easy I also use lipcot which is topcoat you use ontop your lipstick to keep it on n stop transfer
