Basically just do the same thing he did with dribbling, start on easier shots, less tight, bigger angle, slowly take tighter shots from farther away, work on power and eventually work on shooting past defense

Im 33 yrs old. I tried ankle weights around your age and after using them your legs get lighter… BUT I once made the mistake to not stretch since I felt light and I ended up tearing my hamstrings! Make sure you stretch before using them or after !!!!

As somebody who used to use 5 pound ankle weights in training games before Cristiano Ronaldo did, don't use the ankle weights, they're TERRIBLE for your knees. Don't get me wrong, I used them for so long in training that when I wasn't using them I was SUPER fast and light on my feet.
