Its really not that expensive , let me explain , first starbucks acai powder and the reste of the products are shipped nationally, Raphaël exported them wish is à heck of à lot more expensive, secondly, starbucks uses products that are really consetrated so the shipping is more affordable , even with that , if you ship the products y'oull get like 1 kg of acai , 1k5 of passion fruit... so yeah your totally wrong its à lot cheaper, and you can subtitue some ingredients, like in their frapes they use a sirup called creamer wich is really juste arabic or xanthane gum diluted in simple sirup , at worst if you ship from different contrieslike Hé did , it will be at least 2 to 5 dollar cheaper per drink, cause starbucks price is expansive for the service that you have , so when you do it by yourself its naturally à lot cheaper , so yea your totally wrong you and the 90 personnes that like , if you have sole questions just responde to this comment (sorry for the ortograph)

@rimuru18733 жыл бұрын
I worked at starbucks and yea , in the vanilla bean power theirs White colorant , the secret ingredient for the creaminess in the frappes is xanthane gum ot arabic gum , the sugar that they use is simple syrup, the starwberry purée and peach tea already have a certain amount of sugar, the chocolate chunks are coverred in startch so when its shipped they dont stick together , the mocha syrup is suppose to be bitter chocolate but contain actually more sugar then dark chocolates, freeze dried strawberrys are the only thing that dont have additives i think , and we dont use passion fruit purée we use passion fruit "juice"but i think its just flavored tea, at my knowing its pretty much it please comment if you have any questions (Bonus : contrairly at popular belevies, wy can't make ourselfs drinks when wy want, but if you pay it you can make whatever you want if you dont have any clients

It puffs because the residual moisture in the starch evaporates rapidly in the heat which expands it then the oil fries the outside snacks solid not because it absorbs oil. You can do this with dry rice paper sheets, that's how krupuk or Indonesian shrimp chips are made or any cooked dehydrated starchy snacks. You can make pork rinds like this too, its actually quite easy to make, time consuming, but easy.
