Go back and get that strawberry cream cheese, a container of marshmallow fluff and a container of strawberries. Whip the fluff and cream cheese together in your kitchaid till thoroughly mixed, wash /dry strawberries, dip them and enjoy. You can also mix Dutch chocolate (I use the powder you’ll find in the baking aisle) whipped with cream and maple syrup then dip your strawberries in that too. You can mix these to your taste . Skip the sugar free gummy bears, many experience intestinal issues to put it gently.

What is the doctor's name? Why didn't you tell us the drug he gave you? What is the name of what you were diagnosed with? Why no specifics about any of this?

Comparing the strength of one medication to another doesn't depend on the milligrams alone. 10 mg of one medication could be equivalent to 2000 mg of a different medication.

So, what was the medication?

I suffer from conflicting nervesensations. I have no nerve sensation on my outside and extreme sensitivity to anything internal. I have been taught growing up to verbally remind myself that I have had any accidents, just so I can remember to check for external injuries. It's genetically linked to my paternal family and my internal pain sensation is still a mystery as to why it's so drastically different. Good to see happiness from your diagnosis and treatment. Can you do this again ?

The mind can be a real tyrant: we do not sleep when we are tired, we do not eat when hungry or drink when thirsty, we do not move when we are stiff because we think we have something better to do and we mess up also the basics. Sometimes we need to go through these experiences to learn to listen better, truly and compassionately to our body. Self love is a very long path with tons of bumps on the way 😉.
