PLEASE stay to the end of the video. I have HUGE surprise for my NEXT video. Finally, I decided to test my vertical leap. I get so many messages about how high is my vertical. So today I'm answering your questions. My guys Tyler Currie and Anthony Hamilton wanted all the smoke and decided to test as well. It was a fun day and we all pushed each other to reach a high vert. Definitely they could jump higher on the running vert when their body is actually warmed up and they're sweating. Dunkademics got the clip where Hamilton Jr touched 12"6.

James Yi same i can grab rim off vert and can barely dunk off self lobs.. i only get like 1-2 inches higher off running very where my friend cant even touch rim off vert but he dunks pretty easily

James Yi keep in mind that they did this on grass, not a basketball court, so the grass probably absorbs some of their energy. They all definitely have higher verts than in this test

If your running vertical is barely any higher than your standing vertical then you can increase your running vertical just by improving your form
