A little annoying that if I turn it off, it won’t automatically switch the audio to the tv. It’ll stay as if connected to the headphones. So I have to go and unplug the dongle or go to settings and change the audio output.

On Ps5 you can just go to audio and select TV, but depends on what you are playing on

I bought one of these headsets, i can hear and all, but the mic does not work. I’ve tried troubleshooting and I know how to connect a mic to ps5, but the mic won’t work at all. It just makes a muffled static sound as soon as I connect the mic.

It's likely a faulty mic, you should contact the seller as they might be able to offer a replacement.

Straight out of the box they should sound great, really hard to me to virtually tell you what's wrong. Id reach out to the seller.

@weloverpm4036 For gaming you can just connect a headset via Bluetooth unless it's Sonys but you can use these and other gaming headsets but using the included dongle or base station in higher end headsets.

I play on xbox and it says wired only but all the functions dont work. Its doesn’t mute the rgb doesn’t work aswell
