If you have a refillable whip cream container you can add 2 cartridges of N2O and create the same infusion effect since the high pressure will push the liquid into the molecules of the kelp and when you release the pressure the water exits the molecules thus infusing the water or vice versa (please be careful to push on the trigger to release the pressure and do not open the canister)

Fun fact, that method of flavor infusion was invented in the 1700's, just a few decades before the revolutionary war. The scientist was named Joseph Priestley and he was given permission to do his experiments above the alcohol vats in a brewery. For those that don't have a vacuum chamber: -Grab a 2L bottle of soda(or whichever size you have laying around) -Put a few pieces of kelp inside and a piece of ginger (DON'T skip the ginger, and DON'T peel it) -Put some amount of sugar inside (the real amount is not really important... Anything above half a cup is good enough... It will be used to fuel the fermentation and will disappear) and fill the rest of the bottle with water -close the bottle and leave it under a bed or other dark place for 1-2 months After a while it will be fizzy, but completely sugar free, you can then put any amount of sugar you want(or sweetener) and enjoy This works with basically any fruit/vegetable you want too
