Nail lacquer is oil based so if you want it to dry quicker, some nail oil will do the trick. That is what is in all the quick dry sprays. But honestly, I think waiting is the best. (Also a nail tech!)

I struggled for years with trying to get my nail polish to dry quickly. I'll tell you what worked the best for me: Indie nail polish. Its so much better than opi, china glaze, essie, etc. I have an indie quick dry top coat too. My nails are perfect for 7 days, not one single chip, and no bubbling. I don't have to mess with dips, or UV polish that's challenging to remove. Why only 7 days? I get bored with the color and want to change it. lol

9:38 my hair does this, but my hair is naturally wavy/curly to start with! She probably has wavy hair to start with too! I put my hair in a French braid after a shower overnight (or a few days, that’s how long it takes my hair to dry naturally) or wet it if it’s dry, using a water spray bottle & I get perfect beach curls. Don’t know if that works for everybody, but my hair holds the shape of the curls until I brush it out, then it’s just a curly frizzy mess!😂😂

I bet she used hair spray. I will wrap my hair around a brush, hit it with a shot of hair spray then zap it with the blow dryer and I get a giant curl. I do this at the top of my hair because it's a bit flat and this gives it a ton of body.
