@@Lee-fb3xz i am thinking maybe put gloves on during lifting. It should protect the ring from getting scratches. Same here if i wouldn’t be able to keep it on during lifting, its not worth it to me.

Hey, I am currently testing the Ultrahuman ring however it hasn't been long enough for me to say wether it is a better alternative. Give me a few more weeks of testing and I will let you know. :)

With Oura ring can I leave my phone at home and will it still track my workouts and monitor health?

You don't need to have your phone with you to monitor health stats, however to record workouts you usually have to start the activity from your phone.
