@@HuyRebel No, it's not, unless the entire video was just this lens...which, obviously, no one would ever shoot the whole video on just an Ultrawide lens. This lens is a specialty lens, like everyone states about 9-14mm lenses. For real estate, this particular lens is helpful for small kitchens and bathrooms. It's also necessary for luxury home front shots. When you start shooting for luxury homes, you'll see the need for 9-14mm lenses. So, no...this is not too wide.
@HuyRebel3 ай бұрын
@@matrixate I do actually shoot luxury homes. Ive been using everything from the 9mm crop, to 12mm laowa, to 15mm laowa and i can say that you dont need anything wider than the 12mm. For luxury homes which usually has bigger space fits something like the 18mm much better. At best, its nice for small bathrooms like you say

This is the ideal lens for luxury RE photo and video. Particularly for small bathrooms and kitchens. Definitley great for architecture and landscapes. It could be goot for astrophotography, but you'll want at least f1.8 in case you're not shooting with a low-light camera. However, f2.8 is doable still.

seems like you could take more advantage of the e stabilization of something like the S5ii - and get an effective crop in the 18 to 20ish range - including a 4K 60p crop - that'd be neat to see of you could do a hand held real estate job (video) with it and ditch the gimble.

@@BrandonLiUnscripted Got it. I often face this issue of footage feeling jittery or mechanical when shooting at 1/50. Especially when there is movement of the person I'm recording. Is this because of readout speeds and rolling shutter?
