I always get coffee jelly in my milk tea, but I'm pretty sure they use agar agar to set it. It has a much firmer texture than regular jello

Coffee jelly is a common dessert here in the Philippines, we make a lot of it during Christmas and fiestas and it's so delicious with just evaporated milk it's usually eaten with a spoon. I guess it really is kinda weird putting it in a drink because of it's soft texture. But still, thanks for trying Ro. What also works for frothing milk is using the spray whipped cream. It's really good. You should add an extra packet of gelton to make it firm up more.
