1-Minute Apple Cider Donut:
-1/2 cup flour
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-2 tablespoons melted butter
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
-Toppings: Melted butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Cheesy Sweet Potato Ball:
-2 medium sweet potatoes
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 cup glutinous rice flour
-1/4 cup corn starch
-Shredded mozzarella cheese
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
-1/3 cup of oats
-1/2 cup sweet almond milk
-Splash of sugar free maple syrup
-Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1/4 cup pumpkin puree
-Sugar-free cheesecake Jell-O
-Walnuts or pecans
Pumpkin Pasta
-12 ounces shellbow pasta
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tablespoon fresh thyme
-1 cup pumpkin puree
-1/2 cup marinara sauce
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

I just made the apple cider donuts and rolled them into donut holes. Doubling the recipe ended up coming out to about a dozen of them. Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Edit: The description says to use apple cider vinegar. Use actual apple cider like she does in the video. I think “vinegar” was auto-filled.
