Greetings, I have a question about vertical live stream monetization. I just recently started doing it and I thought you cant monetize it. However, I just looked on the advanced settings and it says monetize video. Does that mean the live streamers will be shown ads and I will get paid for that? I just listened to a creator video where they said there is no watch page ads revenue on Vertical Livestream. The frustration I have is i just did a 3 hour stream with over 50k total views but had monetization off. Can you help me make sense of this? It wasn't until after I did the live stream that I realized I could turn on monetization. What does that mean though? For views after the livestream ends?

im doing good with the vertical live views BUT now my name is not popping up in the algorithm. i can not even type my name and find any vertical lives. honestly, i think it slowly destroys a channel

I think you picked me up around stream 7 or 8. I was not looking to watch vertical streams, but yt pushed it to me. Funny enough, I wasn't looking for anything to do with tech or to help type content. I have been planning on picking my channels back up and really making a push this year. I really enjoy the streams, and I lurk for the full video. It helps a lot to see the breakdown of analytics. Great content!
