I think I found my new favourite museum in LONDON ( Victoria and Albert museum)

It's impossible to see everything so 3 hours marvelling at the exhibits, and then a sit down for some hot chocolate in the cafe!

I love the V & A, and agree it is the best museum in London. The shear variety of items in there is amazing.

Nice vid 👍 The V&A is such an underrated museum. It's so much quieter and more intimate than the British Museum and the exhibits are just as interesting, if not more impressive in my opinion. i always encourage visitors to the city to visit there, as the South Kensington area is also a lot nicer and just off the main central part. When the weather is nice, there is also a nice area to sit outside the V&A with a nice drink and a cheeky snack.

Honestly I went with big expectations for the British museum, but I left and still thought the V&A was better, less people and the objects are so interesting! Didn't had time to stop in the outside area (spent too long in the museum 😅) maybe next time! Have a great week 🥰

Went to V&A to see the Pink Floyd Exhibition. Very emotional as I was a 60s/70s teenager and it bought back loads of memories . Been to the V&A loads of times along with the other South Kensington ones All great places to visit. As for time spent. I went to the National gallery and spent 2 hours just looking at the Fighting Temeraire trying to get into Turners mind.

Hi! Yes the V&A is something else! You made me laugh 😅 I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets sucked in the museum world! In the national gallery I only had less than 2 hours so it was a bit of a sprint but I LOVED it! Need to go back someday with more time!

A few years ago they started charging for entry and there was an outcry, so that was reversed.
