I'm not downplaying the riders skill in anyway but there is something to be said for a bike that is easier to push hard, WW2 pilots who flew both said that the Me109 was a higher performance fighter than most Mks of Spitfire butt it hit it's limits much more suddenly so many pilots were less inclined to push it fully while the Spitfire would let the pilots know much more gradually, allowing more pilots to push it harder through rolls and turns etc.
@CubanRider4 жыл бұрын
Agreed. The XR is easy to ride hard compared to other bikes, it will also warn you when you start getting close to it's limits.
@youchuubee12 жыл бұрын
@@popuptoaster you can have the best bike in the world but you still have to be able to ride it, others may have a worse bike but can still shove it up the inside of a lesser rider on the better bike, no matter what, a bad rider can't make a good bike go better but a good rider can, both the bike and the rider in this video deserve a lot of respect.

Hey Tom, what's happening man. Headers and tune brother, they wake up this bike right up, you'll be fighting to keep 2nd gear from pulling massive wheelies. I wanted to go to COTA this past weekend, but I couldn't secure a ticket for Sunday. I still intended to go visit, but it was pretty cold out and I just stayed home. Modifications are headers, Brentune flash, lithium battery, remove center-stand and pannier brackets, and remove the intake's acoustic insert. I also raised the pegs just slightly, I was dragging the stock ones pretty heavily. I intend to raise them even higher and get more track-worthy tires next time, hoping to dip into the high 1:20s. Hit me up on Facebook if you want to link up and ride in the Austin area.
