its a good theory.. but u can hold ur breathe with ur mouth open... but it is interesting how Jax broke the fourth wall after the question was asked

Ur right cuz most of the time the air is actually held in the lungs not the mouth but ppl quickly send the air to the mouth , idk abt others but i do that cuz holding it in the mouth a bit more comfortable

Yes, I forgot to mention that, based off of Pomni not being able to breathe without closing her mouth I figured that it is possible that the same could apply to the others (Also thanks!)

He doesn’t breaks the fourth wall, he has schizophrenia, Creators confirmed that Jax has many mental disorders. Schizophrenia could be one.

Possible, but for Jax to hallucinate the camera in the right place each time would be hard (also I don't believe that's how Schizophrenia works).

Maybe holding his breath doesn't just allow him to see the viewer, maybe he can see debug stuff like wireframes, goals (branch of multiobjective optimization, which in turn is a branch of multi-criteria decision analysis), stuff like that, Maybe he can see and interact with the camera too, not the viewer

I have another theory Jax is an AI like caine and he doesn't hold his breath cuz AI need nutrition and air (also in episode 1 zooble strangled jax which made jax fall so this proves that jax needed air)

Maybe? but it was shown with Pomni that they still feel the simulated lack of air and I don`t think that the pain from something strangling him would help

@@HyperSonic64738 Fair point but also he did do it again and was still having some trouble, also, that does not change the fact that a humanoid plastic creature held on to his neck for a significant amount of time while presumably pressing hard
