As I got older I lived for me and quit living for others happiness. Like an example is I quit saying yes to family out of guilt and starting saying no if I really didn’t want to do something. Helped with less migraines. If you can get one of your doctors to prescribe prenatal as a prescription it might be cheaper for you if your insurance plan covers it if you’re not pregnant l. Hope that makes sense. Worked cvs for 5 years so I learned a lot. 💕💕

I think what people don't realize is that we all change as we add the years, so videos you did 3 years ago really aren't relevant to today. I think it's amazing that you are honest with yourself, that you're in tune with what you're feeling at any given time, and you keep it REAL. I love Cosmos...haven't had one in a long time. My favorite drink is a shot of Jack Daniels, a shot of cherry Dr. McGillicuddy's and regular Coke over ice. I look forward to your videos, whether you're alone or with Stephanie and Sebastian. And, if people could hear and see me with my family and how we talk and act, they'd probably have lots of criticism and flat-out nasty things to say. But, we keep it real and pull no bullshit. ..like you! ❤

I eat hard boiled eggs, yogurt and a Granny Smith apple everyday for breakfast!! I used to get canker sores too, I now take a stomach pill everyday that helps! 😊☺️😊😌

@@CindyVic they are called Pantoprazole magnesium. It’s a prescription, I had suffered with acid reflux, indigestion and canker sores. Since I take the prescription, I’m much better 😌

I have one son who has always gotten so many canker sores. His dr says to swish an antacid like Maaloxx or Mylanta in his mouth to help cut the acid to help them heal.
