I think journaling might be too OP. (I always avoided it)
I always avoided journaling because I thought that if I did something, I had to make some use of it.
There aren't many things that I'd do just for the sake of doing it. That's why I thought I didn't need journaling.
But you know what? It might be the thing with the highest ROI when you're stressed/anxious. I finally noticed how many benefits journaling actually has.
