@@spudzm If you have a monitor with a decent refresh rate you can go right into the in game settings: (It's one of the ones at the very top of the list) and Turn it on, it will Sync to the refresh rate of the monitor.

@@spudzm That being said that's just kind of a quick fix to make it watchable, to truly see what the game is meant to look like it will be a fairly steep learning curve to learn the Proper settings with your graphics card itself, But it's well worth it when you see the results, especially if you have a high-end system and you see what the game is truly capable of, Running it in 4k high refresh rate, and All details and effects turned to max, It becomes truly a sight to behold.
