I had a health scare last month and it made me realize that i too didn't feel ready to go Greg. I feel like our dear Lord has given me a second chance to draw close to Him and love Him like I should. The love between you is evident. So beautiful. ❤

The exact same thing happened to my husband two months ago! We were at the Sunday breakfast table when he slumped forward, eyes open and was out cold. It all came back to me while I watched your video. Our son-in-law was just about to start CPR when he came to. Monitoring in the ambulance showed his heart rate was down to 30 bpm, and then stopped for four or five seconds at a time. On Monday he had a pacemaker installed. Kathy

My husband and I have such a similar story of me calling 911 for him after he collapsed in the middle of the night this past September. Greg, I wish I could hug you because it is a terrifying experience to find them on the floor like that. I’m so glad Jennifer is ok. In the end, for us, my husband was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation at the age of 34. Our life is very different now from that night. We will be praying for you guys.

Hi Greg and Jennifer! It's been a LONG time since I've listened to the show, but I saw the description of the audio version and I had to listen. I'm so glad Jennifer's OK, but I'm concerned about the fact that you don't have a diagnosis for what happened. Will be praying for your continuing recovery. I have a Rosary Army rosary in the shoulder pouch I carry around with me.

You guys had me weeping. What a scary situation. You guys are my audio friends, you've been in my ears (and in my computer or phone) for nearly 10 years. It feels like you're an aunt and uncle I don't get to see in person see but hear updates from all the time. I'm just trying to say how much you guys mean to me and I thank Jennifer's Guardian Angel and Mother Mary and Jesus that Jennifer was brought back and is ok. I will dedicate my next rosary to your family.

So thankful you are okay Jennifer! How incredibly scary for both of you. As a nurse I would suggest seeing a cardiologist as women’s heart issues are very different than men’s. Our heart rates can plummet in our sleep as you know but also big issues present differently and sometimes silently. Please take care of yourselves.

Thanks, Amy. We’re definitely trying to figure out how best to address this, but without standard insurance it’s been a bit difficult to figure out proper next steps.

@RosaryArmy2 ай бұрын
Yeah, this is tricky without insurance. We could easily spend thousands just going from referral to referral. As a result, the process is much slower as we try to figure out next steps.
@patrickmcsherry60382 ай бұрын
I think we can speak for everyone to just say Thank God you are OK. The experience must have been horribly frightening. I am also now thinking that maybe I should NOT be leaving my phone to charge in the living room in case something like this should happen! Take care of yourselves, and maybe lay off the ER reruns for a while!
@RosaryArmy2 ай бұрын
Yeah, it’s a conflict regarding the phone. Wanting to detach, but also wanting to be prudent. I’ve thought about moving the charging station to the closet or bathroom instead of the kitchen just in case this happens again.
@knitphit2 ай бұрын
Greg, you said you need to detach more…you need to be better prepared to give back to God what he has blessed you with. Maybe from a practical standpoint, but from an emotional and spiritual standpoint, I’m not so sure. Instead I would say, trust God and pray that He will give you the grace, peace, and guidance IF this worst case scenario actually occurs.
