this was epic! Well done old man Jones we are all very proud of you. Adam after your talk about spending time with your dad it really hit home with me. my dad is 73 and not getting any younger. every week i tell myself to spend time with him but then i make other plans. i feel really selfish and know my dad would love to spend more time with me so tomorrow im taking him fishing like we used to do a lot. i could see how happy he was when i asked him and he started getting his stuff ready right away. im actually getting emotional writing this because i realise how selfish ive been lately looking after myself and ignoring the rest of the world. Thank you so much for that talk, i really needed it and im really looking forward to spending some time with my old man tomorrow, im going to try and make it a more regular thing too because you never know how much time you have left with them. thank you again Adam, youre a living legend

Honestly mate best video you’ve done to date this is !! People don’t realise how priceless and valuable this time is ! You’ll never get it back but people still don’t seem to realise . Made my day seeing this I made my little girl watch it with me and I hope it has stook in her brain that this is what life’s really about !
