Lemme explain i use both 😂 ok so when your using strikepack its only goin to say center theres no excellent release mod for strikpack ok and for zen theres the excellent release script but u can also hit r1 to do the shot aiming while having excellent release script activated. Lol half of these people are using strikpacks because its way cheaper lol trust me if they had excellent release scrip they would of been using that because its way more consistent

7:38 I actually use aiming and timing with no meter and people claim it’s a zen but all you have to do is hold your stick down and time it right. if you get a lucky center then yeah but the aiming helps with whites.

From my experience from playing against guards with zens that speedboost, the only way to defend them or even get a contest so they can't green is having a player with long ass arms. I use a 6'7 sg Kevin Durant build with max wingspan on current gen and he has been the only build that can guard zens.
