This is so much fun. Seems like they need to add some kind of feature to for your villagers to automatically upgrade their equipment when available. Lot of micro management when it comes to changing clothes and weapons.

keep an eye out in your camp for granite rocks in your camp and set your logger to hardwood as well as logs If you sort you gang out pushing the O key you can set the food they take on trips Save all your goods clothes etc you can sell them later to the towns Get that flag reseached asap easier to sort gang out although I find keeping them armed is a good thing get the bag reaserched so they can carry more loot you will probably need it and they carry more resourses about so can speed things along I have 32 in my gang I now have a few one hand and shield in it now I find my people roam all over the map for resourses so I have been clearing out all the camps even the bigger ones and your going to need more men to do that
