The fact he respects their work and input enough to make a comment like that, even if it is joking, shows that he doesn't have a huge ego just because he owns the company. I'm sure alot of his employees are happy, even with the stress of making 7 high quality videos a day like they have been between all the channels. Their setups are insane and very well thought out. All the quality of life changes that they have made to everything is a sign of Linus wanting to make that place the most effecient and comfortable enviroment for this people to pump out all that content as fast as they do. Alot of employers should follow this model. I know its a smaller company, but for some companies to pretend they don't have th resources to get their employees necessary equipment for their jobs is pretty sad. @@arnox4554 I think their method is just similar to other companies in Canada but more strict with probation stuff since they are a media company which known well globally. They must follow the rules that stated by the government and they also do not give any candidates special treatments. Even Madison also followed the standard hiring rules regardless so many LTT fans begging her to be hired. But she didn't have any probation stuff since her job is pretty connected to public which is Social Media Coordinator. I remeber the old days when they used to make their videos in a small house and then moved to the studio and it was a freaking mess with cables, trash and computer parts everywhere. And now you have this sick studio and a bunch of talented people working hard everyday with you at LTT. Congrats, to all you guys.
