That door from the Ford may not actually be a front or back seat door but it may be the hatchback type door from a station wagon because it's looks like it was long and narrow and with all the holes in the back of it it would have had a motorized window to go up and down in back.

The thing that looks like a machine gun is called a "log burner". It is a gas burner for something like a gas furnace. Cast iron ones are usually very old. The "prosthetic leg with a wheel" is the leg from an old Maytag wringer washer.
