I tore 2 ankle ligaments and had to have surgery guys. I am currently still rehabing from the operation and i'll keep you guys updated in the upcoming videos about how it is going.

I have had 3 surgeries in less than one year. I have a complete ankle replacement and tendon surgery. Good Luck on your recovery. It takes a while.

Thanks for doing this video; really good and supportive to hear about someone else's journey. I also have had a survey (Torn Ligament, Cartilage damaged by the accident and a fractured Fibula). Right there with you man, I dislocated my shoulder getting ready for my first Jiu Jitsu Competition and I had to have surgery to fix it. Means I’m out of football too :( this luckily tho isnt forever, we’ll be back better than ever!! you got this bro! cheers from the US!

I've had a torn ligament for about a year ago so I understand what you've been through. i think you should try to flex your ankle first and try to walk after. Hope you get well soon and keep posting video about your recovery

Massive chance I'm looking at the same thing I done mine 11- 10 years ago I didn't wanna go to hospital.... So got my husband to make home made plaster now I'm regretting that I didn't go to hospital..... Don't I feel the pain it's like FML 😡😡😡 had my ACL and meniscus done two years ago now my ankle wants to play games

Hope u get well soon. I broke my ankle in 2019 and had to do surgery. I had to sit a year out but I started playing again in April fo this year. It's a tough process and you'll get through it I have no doubt. Am playing the best I can remember tbh and it's all thanks to God.

Thank you for sharing. I've sprained my ankle really bad about 20 years ago, and then a few more times. I have no stability, my foot gives out often. I am just now experiencing pain in area of the first major sprain, pain in the outside, in the heel and my arch. I'm waiting on a MRI to see the damage. I wonder if I have bone spurs and joint damage too :(

Most of the Times its Because you lack on Balance on some moves, when you tore 1 or 2 times something is Wrong with the technique... When you recover buy bandages and search how the professionals use for preventing that type of injury happen!!

I had my atfl ligament torn and rupture of syndesmosis ligaments treated with a tight rope fixation 2 years ago. Cant express you how badly I relate to your story and how many times i have watched this video .How is your ankle now....is it painful when u stand on it for too long?mine does but not while moving...

@@shajay3221 oh well it was hell of a journey. I went to home town and gave some ayurvedic lep on it for a month and then did physiotherapy and kept doing few exercises for stretching the ankle and feet. Now on the 6th month I can say I am much much better apart from the stiffness I have around the ankle. I did not opt for surgery. I gave it a lot of rest.

@@thanhan3315 nice to hear man I did get ankle ligament surgery and then got a Debridement because of excessive scar tissue, did you your ankle stop improving I’m 5 months post op currently and I do feel still a bit tight at times and my ankle feels different than my left one
