I TORTURED MYSELF playing the Starcraft 1 Campaign...

I played the terran missions in the Starcraft 1 Campaign. Later, we'll delve into the Zerg and Protoss missions, and then into Brood War specific missions. Afterwards, we'll play the Starcraft 2 campaigns for Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, and Legacy of the Void.
This particular run showcases the first 5 missions including the tutorial. It was rough, especially mission 5. Trying to get Starcraft 1 units to behave is half the game.

Terran missions get so much easier once you unlock the siege tank! Don't need to worry about microing 12 units at once after you set those up. Infantry was so bad in the original SC due to no way to heal them.

There are some tricks for controlling starcraft units. In case of Vult vs zerg micro it is consider best to use patrol instead of atack move. If there is enemy unit in range Vult will instantly atack. In case of flying units mostly mutas but also wrights, you can group up to 11 units with one far away. Like Overlord, burrow zergling or traped worker. They will stack on top of each other and atack at once when ordered. In some cases e.g. dragoons when you backing it is best to stop to atack using hold command. Goons often glitch when you try micro with atack move. Other concepts that I learn recently is like magic box. Search e.g. Bonyth Explains the Magic Box
