Love this type of content! I used to be the person who always judged intuitive eating. Having counted macros and eaten clean for the past year , I thought that if stopped, I would get overweight. However, I haven't counted macros the past month and I now understand how pointless and time consuming it was. I also practice a more flexible diet and I finally feel like I'm in the healthy mindset I always wanted to be. I'm never going back for sure!

Yess. Unless they are chewed really well or crushed they have gel like coating and it just doesnt get absorbed or digested in the stomach. Same with sesame seeds, it is reccomended to get the benefits of them to soak them or to lightly toast them or just like corn crush it to break that coating so you can get the benefits and nutrients absorbed :)

For Mario’s jumper (trust me, this changed my life): Spray/soak the stain in hydrogen peroxide. Then cover the stain with Dawn dish soap and baking soda (bicarbonate soda). Use an old toothbrush to scrub in the baking soda and dish soap until it leaves a paste. Leave it to sit for at least one hour, then wash in the laundry as normal. Good luck!

I want to get into that level!!! I start tracking my calories and macros to see how much I was eating, I thought 1800 was too much, so then I became obsessed, to the point I was eating SO LITTLE for my active life (workout 5 days a week, most resistance with HIIT and twice a week is LISS workouts)...I was eating an average of 1300 calories!! (some days I would go only to 900 ) And that's all because of my fear of carbs (I am type 1 diabetic - learning that carbs are not enemy, but they are also essential and I CAN eat it without compromising my health) and also my fear of gaining all the weight I lost! BUT I noticed I have no energy for my workouts, and I was often tired. I was lacking EVERYTHING! Because I measure everything to portions I thought I had to eat, instead of letting my body tell me how much I needed! Today marks a week of me "intuitively" listening to my body, and OMG I have never felt so great! With so much energy, sleeping better, and enjoying food, thinking of it as FOOD, not as calories and carbs. And guess what? I am eating my carbs and my blood sugar levels are great! Somedays I need more than others..and slowly I am stoping with all the worry and temptation to cut back and track calories religiously again. Thanks! You're a ray of sunshine! :) and I love your accent.
