You said in one of your videos that a friend (maybe a gymnast?) told you that you may never be able to do the box split because of your body makeup. Of course now I can't find which video 🤦‍♀😆but could you elaborate on why that is?

First of all the science of happiness video is a must! Also I just wanted to say that you inspired me to stop thinking about being as small as I possibly can be and start thinking about feeling strong and building up my muscle. Continue to be such a huge inspiration!

This was a fun video to watch. Glad to see janja just having fun, she's so humble and accomodating and never let her achievements get to her head. Her trainer and coach were fun too. Good job to Natacha in showing this other side of Janja.

As a doctor, Vitamin D supplementation is recommended in the UK. Every other supplementation? For the general population? Nah. Not worth it. Distinct caveat, that this does not apply to people who have specific conditions/injuries/training intensities.

It's so good to see this video! I got super ill, and I haven't been training for weeks. I don't want to type this, but months. Your positive attitude to the comeback is everything I needed to see! But...bike. And helmets. Please, please wear a helmet. Nobody ever means to fall off/get hit/have the bike fail catastrophically and get hurt. I didn't.

Thank you for clarifying what a HIIT workout actually is! I'm so sick of seeing every single cardio workout on KZbin called "HIIT", when it's just regular interval cardio. That also goes for fast-paced strength workouts with weights called "HIIT". Just the fact that a workout is fast and you sweat doesn't make it High Intensity Interval Training! HIIT is a very specific type of training, and it should be so intense and hard that you're not able to do it for very long, or very many times a week. There's nothing wrong with a good old regular cardio workout, but it's not HIIT!

Jesus Christ is coming back sooner than you might expect, be ready and prepare to go with Him! Salvation prayer: Father I pray with my heart and believe in You Jesus Christ. I believe you died for me. I acknowledge that i'm a sinner, please forgive my sins. Wash me with Your precious blood. Come into my heart, save my soul today. Be my LORD and personal Saviour. I accept you today. In Jesus' name. Amen. Meditate on His Word (The Bible) to overcome challenges of this world until He comes! Jesus loves you! I don't know you but remember that God is with you! Romans 6:23> For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. 💕🫶🏾

Only seeing the video now, so belatedly: Have you and your health practitioners considered running in ketosis, thus gaining energy mainly from fat storage and not needing to „refuel“ only drinking water during the race - potentially with added electrolytes to avoid depletion and cramping, but free of sugar and extra carbs. It’s arguably not the ideal form of nutrition for any fast-twitch muscle sports, but there are some examples of very successful endurance athletes doing it this way in triathlon and ultra-running. Avoiding sugar and lowering carbs as much as possible for a while over a longer training period may also help to heal some gastrointestinal problems by not feeding an undesired bacterial flora. Anyway, stay/get healthy, and good luck with your next athletic and life goals ❤
