I know this is a weird analogy, but I think of trainee life like a journey through a vast and unknown jungle. To a lot of people, that is an unpleasant experience that they would never leave the comfort of their homes to do. But for others, they see it more as an adventure. And if said person also enjoyed the outdoors and the challenge, they would be more likaly to embark on that journey. They will face the same hardships that other people dont want to go through, but the difference is, they look at them through different eyes, and are willing to face the hardships because they like the new experiencing and they like what theyre doing. And that is why me and so many people want to become trainees despite the known hardships.

I'm a dancer and we practice like 2-4 hours every weekend for our dance and we're having a little water break esp if we're on a hurry, sometimes we have 3-4 minutes break and then we go back to practice again and it's really draining our energy and it's kinda hard, but we're hanging and apparently we're doing good. But If we practice for atleast 4 times a week or we practice individually then we're really going to improve our breathing or resistance but since we still have a lot of things to do aside from dancing we chose to practice once a week.
