I think its important for everyone to realize that our bodies are all different. Some people build muscle MUCH faster than others. Also, your age unfortunately does play a factor because of your metabolism slowing down. Working out is different for everyone. I’ve been watching your videos for a while, and I remember you talking about your fast metabolism. I think you did an amazing job. Its definitely not “delulu” to experience change in your body within a month due to loss of water weight, what foods you’re eating, your activity level, etc. I did body building for 3 years when I was younger, and I’ve been consistently going to the gym for about 10 months this year trying to recover from not going for about 5 and i see such a huge difference in myself each month! We all just need to respect one another and support good change. I wouldnt say this is a “victorias secret” workout, but if that’s what it feels like to you, then who is anyone to judge? Keep it up Tiffany!

I want to be this delulu 😅 love you Tiff but realistically it’s a whole month to notice a difference within yourself and about 3 months for others to notice the difference

Honestly , you can see a difference , especially on the back of the arms there is less « fat » and front the front it seems more defined too

Love this for you!! Literally made me so happy when you began to crave and love it and notice a huge difference!! Also clearly you are not “delulu” like I saw in the comments because I can notice a difference and you noticed a huge difference after the first day!! You go girl keep up the good work 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I think it’s great that you were able to get stronger! I’m similar, thin frame and also not in shape /weak and it’s been soooo hard for me to actually work out consistently and gain muscle. It’s nice to know that is it possible to get stronger even with my body type.

Your body CAN actually change and build muscle by being consistent and keeping your goals small to prevent burnout and maintain that consistency. Not sure what point you're trying to make, but it takes a lot of self-discipline to go 30 days, or even a couple weeks with such consistency. Tiff killed it 💪💪
