So long as ego is left at the door, no one is ever too inexperienced for light sparing. My first spar was on my first ever day in a boxing gym, I was super scared id accidentally hurt the guy and end up getting whooped, so i just made sure to pull my punches just short. He did the same. We both laughed when we got caught.

I do around 15k steps a day at work because I'm a labour on a building site. I eat around 1900 calories a day I keep track. Sleep about 7 hours a night and I'm still unfit as fuck.
