I trained my eyes for ONE WEEK! Did it help my aim? (Aim Guide)
In this video I talk about eye training in video games. I go through four exercises everyday before getting on and give you an in-depth look on how they helped me and what they are all about, what they have to offer, and show my progress from before and after the video. If you struggle seeing people inn the corner of your eye or feel like your eyes move to slowly when playing, this video will help!
Like, and subscribe if you enjoyed the video ^_^

that shuttle chart exercise is used by pro boxer vasyl lomachenko and i must say, it really shows in his game. Its almost like he sees punches already before his opponents throw them, his peripheral vision is probably so good that he can catch the subtle initiating movement needed to throw a punch while still maintaining 100% focus.

It's quite obvious that an incredible amount of effort was put into this video. It's rare to see a (relatively) small youtuber putting this much work in, earned a sub from me, way underrated. God Bless!

@@ProsperAims so at 5:59 would you recommend using that technique/exercise in game by looking at the crosshairs and letting your peripheral vision alert you when there is a target or to know where to rotate around a map and etc because I play call of duty warzone and use no aim assist preferably lmk if not tho been trying to improve as a player overall.

Also I been trying this method on call of duty warzone/multiplayer to have by back behind objects or cover to avoid being shot from behind.

I've been thinking about stuff like this for a while now and seemed like no one was going to pick up on the syncing of science and technology with gaming until I found you. Out of the box thinking like this is going to be the standard for esports players of tomorrow. Your channel is going to explode. Good finds!

Fantastic video, eyes in hand-eye are very underrated and this is by far the best video I've seen talking about the subject and steps for improvement. Your level of quality is fantastic, I even appreciate the fact that you maintain eye contact with the camera instead of looking away constantly to remember a script. That's something that a lot of people don't do, it's tiny little things like that which separate you. Keep up the grind man, I have full confidence in you.

Love this, feel like we’re at such an infantile state for esports and the understanding of body, diet etc... after studying and obtaining my DBC certification (training facility responsible for Lebron , Antonio Brown, etc) I’ve seen firsthand how these “abstract” workouts actually real HEAVY benefits.. seeing firsthand how to speed up CNS development there’s SO MUCH more to just playing the game and training aim... love this bro.. maybe make a video on optimizing the CNS “channels” , touch on diet, lifestyle , working out effects on gaming etc...

First video I've seen by you and I must say, I'm an Apex legends player and no one ever talks about eye training. I'm 34 years old so I know I need to be focusing on this more than aim since I've been a FPS Gamer for my whole life (GoldenEye was my first introduction and been FPS since). Your production of the video is super crispy and so clean and love the way you speak about all of this. Liked the video, subbed to the channel, and hit that Bell to ALL. Gotta stay up to date with your videos, so ill be on the lookout! Thanks for all you do brother.
