I think it depends on the person. A person who plays a lot of fast paced game or plays sports will have very good eye coordination already. Where as players with weaker eyes this kind of target shifting can be very difficult to learn In game. @@xsanez_ thats normal and thats because youre not reading the notes but reading the patterns instead. it's a bad habit when you start playing harder maps so you should practice staring at each individual note in succession instead. in my case i simply removed the followpoints from my skin and played some ar8 / ar9 square jump maps. and trust me it makes a huge difference oh and of course there are the cases where the map is so fast you cant just flick your eyes to the next note easily all the time. in that case you should be sightreading the individual notes kind of like what youre already doing but for individual notes not patterns.

Interesting exercise. I noticed a few things while watching this video. First, staying directly on target was much harder than expected. I kept trying to anticipate where the target would move and would be ahead of it most of the time. If it moved sporadically I had to take a second to readjust because it didn't move how I predicted. Not really sure if tracking that way has more pros or cons. Second, low fps really sucks. I'm glad we have technology for 240+ fps these days. Going back to something like this where everything is blurry as it moves quickly is pretty straining on the eyes after adjusting to the smoothness of high fps.

I think most players know I'm stating the obvious and I don't play many fps's so take what I say salty: Figuring out the answer to every situation is something that even top players probably aren't 100% good at. During the death cooldown, try to learn what you did wrong from every situation and figure out how you should have solved it with what you know at that time. With more common situations, you'll start recalling the answers to the problems you see quickly enough to be able to deal with them. Figuring out how to solve all of the problems with take a lot of time and failure but you'll get there if you have time.

Probably because in real life we don’t focus on one thing for that long. Even when playing shooters u rely a lot more on ur peripheral vision to detect other players and only really look at someone whom u are actively fight or at ur health and stuff. But the process of actually identifying and object or enemy is usually peripheral and only after do u focus on that. So ur eyes r blurring to see more and also probably because they r getting tired. Using electronics in general makes u blink less and trying to track the ball just makes that worse

People underestimate eye training when it comes to gaming. Best gamers can snap onto enemies bc they can lock onto them with their eyes fast. The average gamer probably just has a blurry vision of the enemy at that point then its too late. Being able to lock onto the target as fast as possible is key. If you have weak eyes, then obviously your hand-eye coordination wont be as good.

I like to think of myself as an above average FPS player but holy hell I actually found some of these more difficult than I thought. I have pretty damn good eye-sight too. I noticed that I track ahead wayyyy too much, and that actually focusing on the object (rather than where I think it’s going to go) kinda hurt my eyes, lol. But I do kinda feel sensitive to differences in FPS (i can totally tell a night and day difference between 120+ compared to 60). I actually think this might help with my tracking though - so I’m gonna stick with it and report back in a couple of weeks lol. Flicking between targets was super easy though. But i’ve always felt like I was pretty good at that to be honest.

Straight fax. I guess if you wanted to (given enough time and motivation), you could recreate this in AimLabs or Kovaak's and it would then render at native FPS, but I found AimLabs' level editor to be a pain in the ass to use. I need to suggest several features that would make life so much easier in that editor. For example, a short tutorial on how to move in and navigate the editor would be nice. It took me 10 minutes (more like an hour, probably) to figure out that moving myself required me to hold down M2 while using WASD. As to why it took me that long, that's because using the scroll wheel moves you back and forth rather than changing your FOV, so I could just look in the direction I wanted to go and use the scroll wheel to go there.

There are a lot of videos like this aimed at treating lazy eye. If you search "Eye Exercises to Improve Vision / Lazy eye Training" you'll find a video that's 60fps. The targets on that video are a lot bigger though. You might be better off hopping into an aim trainer, picking a task with fast moving & small targets, and just tracking them with your eyes instead of focusing too hard on tracking it with your mouse/stick . Aimlabs lets you modify existing tasks, so you can pick something like "Ninja Shot" and decrease the size and increase the speed. Edit: Ottr's original video: "This *NEW* Aim Guide Changes Aim Training FOREVER | School Of The Ottr Guides, Tips & Tricks" is actually in 60fps already. If you want 120fps+ an aim trainer would still be good tho.

I'm training to play as a competitive sniper in Fortnite, here is some stuff i learned, i hope it's helpful. When i started practicing, I always thought that the hardest part was the shot, it turns out... It is not. In real life sure it is but, here with a few fast calculations and muscle memory you can land one almost instantly, the tricky bit is the spotting. Don't worry for your accuracy, you are developing it constantly with each player you eliminate. Sometimes you have to look for targets in a zone crowded with buildings, trees and junk that blocks your vision, that's where you need to defocus your eyes, to get your peripherial vision to work and look for the slightest movements, colors or shapes that don't belong to the landscape. This also works when YOU are spotted, if you don't realize someone might have seen you, and you do nothing about it, it's going to cost you the match. My advice is to first learn to be aware of your sorroundings, then, you can practice locking on to something. This way you are going to be able to survive more and, by consequence, you are going to spend more time in the field gaining experience. Look for videos that have several things moving at the same time, try to average their positions and then flick between them as fast as you can. It was very helpful to me, you should try it too!
