Three years ago, I was honored to be invited (with my younger brother) to Tom Petranoff's Florida home for an afternoon barbecue. Tom's personality and hospitality was greatly appreciated by us. His knowledge of javelin technique is second to none! How lucky you were to spend training time with him and Donavon Banks. In your video, Donavon mentioned "seeing the under belly" of the javelin drill, but that drill wasn't included in the video. Please explain what the drill is about or possibly post a video. Thanks!

Hey man he was talking about the tunnel drill, where you throw over the top and not wrapped, and because you are so linear, you see the underbelly. It’s the tunnel drill
