However, when considering how toxic the average diet is, and how little the average person exercises, 60 days of proper nutrition and exercise is plenty to transform someone to this affect. If you’ve ever heard of “newbie-gains”, that’s what’s going on here.

I think he was a beginner and didn't realize the importance of training legs and didn't think it was a big deal. You should've guided him and told him why it's important to train legs as you are more experienced. Also, I think he worked out in the past, he had some muscle before starting.

@@potta061 It absolutely does. Shorter people tend to have more compact frames with shorter limbs so they look way bigger than they actually are. Taller people have more lanky frames so even a good amount of muscle won't look that impressive especially with clothes on.

he looks short (5'5) and his physique overall looked "trained". He definitely is a genetic outlier, but not the greatest one, like a .01% er than a .0001% er. Also for growth i look at the perspective of there needs to be a reason for the muscle to grow (this is given you have like idk 100 g of protein daily as a baseline), there is no reason for your biceps to grow if it's curling the same weight with ok ish intensity, the more effort you put into the form, the more likely a change is gonna be incurred as well as weight difference, of course these changes in weight can be like months for most intermediate lifters, majority of the time you will get better at doing the last 3 reps or you add a new rep to your max rep of your weight you curl.

So I’m 1 min into the video where we see how his body looks from the start. Without watching anymore of the video I can tell his is going to look great!
