Few tips, from experience and ones I received from a veteran lifter. Firstly with bench press, if you take a wider grip (almost the width of a fly) you will use the chest muscles more and be assisted by the triceps less. This may reduce your 1 rep max initially but by focusing the chest more it will improve it more after the initial drop. Remember FORM OVER WEIGHT. Also, tell your friend to come down slower and then drive up, this will stop what happened in the video where he loses control. Secondly, the chin ups/pull ups, try to incorporate wide grip and again make sure when you are coming down you fully extend your arms to get a full range of motion, similar to the point about the bench. All these will help with general development and actual muscle mass but will eventually in time help with strength or potentially sort any plateau issues. Remember FORM OVER WEIGHT.

Beginning with a 60kg bench is quite impressive. He must have worked out before

Been working out for two months and I weigh 57kg, only recently have I been able to bench my own bodyweight (not even 60 yet though I might be able to tomorrow) and this guy just first time benches 60 kg off the bat and he doesn't even weigh that much more than me. Somethings not right here or this guy just has insane genetics.

Joe is such a good friend ... if me and my friends try this out we would probably stop training on day 2 end up playing fifa for 100 days instead of working out
