Alicia’s mom saw how her family wronged Colin. It’s funny, but it seems she was the only one who cared about Colin and saw him truly for what he was. The fact of the matter is that Alicia’s mom had disowned her despite being dependent on her says a lot of her character. Seems like every thing Alicia did to Colin was just of malice and that’s why Alicia’s mom was perpetually angry with her.

Honestly this one hit different as I honestly was close of crying at this one especially knowing that she aborted the child behind his back and made it seem like he was OK with it in the doctors eyes and the fact that the main character prior to everything knew about it along with the fact that it made sense why the character went crazy. Going through all of that and having your family make it seem like you have to put up with it no matter what is even more baffling as if he had nobody by his side besides his mother-in-law and telling her that her daughter did something like that would absolutely crush her knowing that she would not be able to do anything about it. Truly this was an absolute good story to pass the time.

Alicia didn't cheat on Collin. She just used both men to get rich. At first she used Justin to get rid of Collin. Then when Justin tried to get with her she rufused him quickly. Then on that night she wasn't drunk but acted that way to get Collin. But got pregnant (obviously she knew that she would get pregnant) and then she got abortion so that she could blame that on Collin to make him suffer. Man, Alicia is a weird woman. I mean she loves Collin but didn't want to show her love on the contrary she wanted to blame him and made him suffer. And then we have Collin who had truly loved Alicia. He was always honest with his feelings. It's true that he was obsessed with her but who want their loved ones to be stolen by some other men.

I wondered why this story was feeling similar, it's another story with the genders reversed. Having said that, I'm not sure which feels better for me. She, in anger, lied that she actually aborted the baby, knowing full well her husband already thought the worst of her. This, in turn, made them hate each other (they actually had decent relationship while she was preggo). When her husband later finds out that it was actually a miscarriage and not abortion, this is when he starts to regret.
