I mean Explosion surely made a difference, but I'd argue hitting multiple Zap cannons, a Blizzard crit AND calling Blizzard exactly when needed, connecting it and critting on top did as well. Like, the last one alone is almost a 1% chance, idk know the exact probabilities for that explosion turn but I'd assume it's higher than the probability of Sleep Talk Blizzard connect crit and another Blizzard crit xD

Totally agree! I think its fun to compare and contrast the attempts, and its so hard to account for everything. Skuntank exploding there was like a 10% chance or something, which is crazy to see in real time. There was definitely some fun RNG all over that determined the outcome

I think I cool idea for the next one of these is if the only way they can get money to take Pokémon from the daycare is by selling a good item. You could make the value of the daycare mons whatever you want by having them ‘level’ from the daycare so it’s not just $100

@@Whacko2 going a little more into it; the players won’t know the moveset. So, you could keep it as a gamble. The other option is having mail or something on another Pokémon, or even have a crap Pokémon in the daycare but only needs $100 dollars. That could reveal the moveset of the more expensive Pokémon. That way you still get to reward players who ‘do their research’ when they’re first presented with the save file. Anyways, great video. Always appreciate your content!

Genuinely, this is just not an escape room I've seen the last (or was it the first?) too, and the clickbait really sucks Cuz I'd really like to see escape room content. And there's tons of other exciting angles to advertise your video from, like you have two known experienced gamers you put in the wrong genre of play isn't that much more exciting? I wanna hammer this home, it's not an escape room because it isn't a puzzle: there is no solution to arrive at, it's just playing pokemon

I mean it's a puzzle 100%, and they're locked in the Elite Four, so that's why I call it an "Escape Room". I understand typically an Escape Room puzzle has exactly one solution, so this is a different experience. Part of the beauty of a nuzlocke is finding different solutions to the same puzzle, so I try to keep that true. I'm not opposed to changing the title/challenge name, and already have a couple times haha! I have another one of these challenges releasing in a couple days. Later in the month I'll have what I think you're looking for: a classic Pokemon Escape Room video. At the end of the day, I do want to get the packaging right so people know what they're getting themselves into when they click on the vid. I really really appreciate you dropping feedback, and watching the video. I'll test a new naming theme on this next one for sure!
