In Canada even though it's free you still have to book appointments 6 months to a year in advance and in turkey you can get an ENTIRE checkup including mammograms, tests, practically everything for about $350USD and you can literally book an appointment days before you show up

You can try garlic tea. ( if you want ) Just crush slightly a peg or two of garlic and boil it. You can add honey to sweeten it. It can help with the cough
