Today I overheard my coworker on the phone saying some things that immediately drew some red flags based on your videos (that she accidentally hit a key twice, what her balance should be, etc). I gave her a sticky note telling her to hang up and shut her computer off, and she did. Afterwards, she told me the guy on the phone was saying she needed to send him cash or he'd lose his job, and I was like 'Yep, that's a scam alright.' I was tricked to work in such a call center during my college days. I was told that this is a Microsoft tech support centre. When I asked why Microsoft operating in such a small stinky place, they told that Bill Gates was saving money for the charity purposes. In a week I got to know that it was a fraud center and I quit. Fortunately, I wasn't able to scam anyone during that period due to my obvious heavy Indian accent.
